The call quality indicator changes during a call if there a connectivity issues between your PC and the storm platform, that may affect sound quality. The quality of the connection is displayed as either good, fair or bad depending on the severity of the signal loss.

Note: if you are experiencing signal loss, it is worth checking your network cable, if you are on a wired connection; or if you are connected via a wireless connection, ensure your PC is within range of the wireless router.
