Type a DTMF Sequence

storm allows you to type in a sequence of keypad keys once you have placed a call, to be used to navigate through an IVR where you know which keypresses are required to route you to your required destination. This allows you to navigate long or complex IVR systems quickly.

An enhancement to this functionality allows you to type in the keypad key sequence at the same time that you are dialling a telephone number in the following way.

1. Click the iPath button to open the keypad, and then enter the number to be called in the usual way.
   
2. Click the  button to display a second keypad, then use that keypad to type in the keys to be played to navigate through the IVR.
    
   
   As you type the sequence, it is displayed to the right of, and separated from, the telephone number.
3. Click the Call button on either keypad to place the call.
