Note: the functionality described in this section is available only if you are using Salesforce Classic.
Each call made or received via the storm platform creates a task in Salesforce that can be retrieved and opened. Salesforce can be customised to include a button that allows you to retrieve and listen to a call recording using storm RECORDER functionality, once you have opened the relevant task in Salesforce. (Access to this functionality can be restricted using Salesforce user rights.)
This functionality allows you access any agent's calls. The Listen button in the storm DTA interface is for listening to your own calls only.
