Assign an Agent an Alias Name

To assign an alias name to an agent:

  1. Click the Menu MenuButton.png button and then select Settings.
  2. Click Manage Agents.
  3. Select the agent to manage from the drop-down list.

Note: you can only edit agents in the agent groups that are assigned to you.

  1. Select the check box Assign agent alias name.
  2. Enter the agent's alias name in the text field.

  1. Click the Save button.

Note: an agent alias set at queue level will override the individual agent alias.
