Assign Services to a Phone Number  (Access Point)

In CONDUCTOR, services are linked to phone numbers via access points. An access point is a public-facing telephone number, SMS short or long code, email address or web chat destination that contacts can use to send requests into your contact centre services. Access points are set up for your organisation by Content Guru and hosted in the STUDIO interface.

1. Navigate to Call Flow > Access Points.

All the access points set up in CONDUCTOR to which you have access are displayed.

The fields are described in the table below.

Field	Description
Name	The access point name.
Description	The description of the access point.
Service	Where a service has been assigned to an access point, the name of the service.

2. To filter the list, enter search criteria in the Search access points field.

3. Click the menu  against the access point that you want to configure.

4. To assign a service to the access point, in the window that is displayed, click the Edit Access Point button.

5. Select a service from the Service drop-down list, and click the Save Access Point button. 

The service is displayed against the access point to which it is configured.

6. To remove a service from an access point, in step 4, click the Unassign Service button.
