The first step in building a service is to configure the parameters relevant to the service. You can then create the service and assign the parameters to it. One parameter can be assigned to multiple services. At runtime, parameters are passed to storm FLOW for use in a FLOW script which has been configured for them (they are stored in FLOW as variables). Once a phone number (access point) has been assigned to the FLOW script in storm STUDIO, you can assign the service to the same phone number.
