Access to Other storm Products
You can launch other storm products from within CONDUCTOR. All product features are licensed. Access to the product and certain features depends upon your installation settings, user rights and licensing agreements. Contact your commercial representative for further details.
The following storm products can be launched from within CONDUCTOR:
storm FLOW™
storm FLOW™ is a feature-rich service management tool, allowing you to create a huge array of complex, automated, omnichannel, multimedia services for mobile and fixed networks. FLOW can be used to enable full communications integration, allowing customers to access services by email, SMS, phone, web and social media.
As described in earlier sections of this document, CONDUCTOR supervisors can configure particular aspects of an IVR or other service that exists in FLOW and define their own elements, such as IVR menus and audio announcements, which FLOW scripts can then use to handle and route traffic.

storm RECORDER™
storm RECORDER™ is a cloud-based multi-channel recording application, which you use for viewing, managing, and analysing the recordings of user and agent interactions in your storm contact centre.

storm DATA MANAGEMENT™
storm DATA MANAGEMENT™ provides a powerful, flexible mechanism that allows you to import data from an external database (such as a customer relationship management (CRM) database), to build up a data set that matches a particular requirement, quickly and easily.

To launch any of the above storm products from within CONDUCTOR:
- In the main menu, click storm Suite.
- Select the required storm product.
The application is launched in a separate browser window or tab, ready to use.
