You can switch on call recording for calls arriving on an access number/group that is configured with a route plan of route type 'Onward Route' or 'SIP Trunk'.



Recording commences for all calls being routed through this route plan.
Tip: recording can be toggled on/off for a primary route plan on the Configure Access Points screen. Click the
toggle button in the Record? column.
