Assign a Time Schedule to a Service

You can assign a time schedule to a service using a parameter, and update the assignment in real time in the Command Centre. The update takes effect via the FLOW Get Value/Get Values action cells.

If you have already created the (time schedule) parameter, start from step 6.

  1. Navigate to Call Flow > Parameters.
  2. Click the Add Parameter button Add Parameter button.
  3. In the window that is displayed, enter the details according to Create Parameters. At the Type field, select 'Time Schedule'.
  4. At the Default Value field, select the default time schedule.
  5. When done, click the Add Parameter button at the bottom of the window.
  6. Navigate to Call Flow > Services.
  7. Assign the parameter to the required service.
