Agents and Agent Groups

This section explains how to use storm UC and CONTACT to:

• Configure dialler agents
• Create an outbound agent group
• Assign agents to an agent group
• Blended configurations
• Assign agent groups to a supervisor

Note: this section provides only high-level information on the configuration required to support OUTBOUND campaigns. See the UC and CONTACT Configuration Guide for full instructions. 
The configuration described in this section is not required for agent-free campaigns.
