The section Platform Cache has been amended to clarify that each user will typically require no more than 1 Kbyte of platform cache.

storm can now be configured so that, when agents are processing secure payments using PADLOCK™, they are either presented with a default payment provider or can choose a payment provider from a list of those set up for your organisation.

Existing Web iPath functionality that allows agents to type in a sequence of keypad keys after they have placed a call (in order to navigate a known route through an IVR) is now documented. This functionality has been enhanced to allow agents to enter the keypad key sequence at the same time as they enter the number to be called. (This enhancement is activated for you by Content Guru - contact your support representative for more information.)
Web iPath users can now set their ring-tone volume and call volume separately, and will not be able to completely mute their ring-tone volume. A new setting is provided to control ring-tone volume.

When searching and viewing social media messages in DTA, messages are grouped by the type of interaction.

Web iPath settings are now stored with, and accessed in the same way as, other DTA settings. There is new functionality to allow you to select which devices you will use.

Zoom meetings are now supported.

If you are using a supported version of Chrome or Edge as your browser, storm notifies you of an incoming call when you do not have storm DTA in focus on your screen.

The functionality used to access voicemail has been enhanced, and now allows you to delete multiple voicemail messages at the same time.

If an agent has set Play DTMF tones on, flat tones are now played when the agent is using an open microphone and speakers.

Speed dial profile values are now displayed to agents.

For Web iPath users there is now a control to set the camera to be used.

Messages are now sent to Web iPath users attempting to perform tasks that require a camera or a microphone, to advise them if they have not enabled the required devices in their browser. They will not be able to perform those tasks until they enabled the required devices. A similar message is displayed to agents if they attempt to log in to Web iPath with their microphone not enabled in their browser.

JavaScript is now documented as a browser requirement.

Web iPath users are now automatically logged on to Web iPath after they have logged on to DTA.

The Web iPath GUI has been modified to accommodate this change of functionality, and the Settings menu is now disabled when you are on a call.

For Web iPath users, a notification is now provided when the system is experiencing connectivity issues that may affect sound quality.
